Appointments & Consultations
Appointments can be booked directly through our secure online booking system. Select your service, choose an available date and time, enter your details and complete the required payment to confirm your booking.
Online appointment slots are available from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Jamaica time, subject to availability. Sunday appointments are unavailable through the online booking system.
No. Same-day appointments cannot be booked through the website. Please select an available future date from the booking calendar.
Skincare is not one-size-fits-all. A consultation allows your concerns, skin history and goals to be properly assessed before an appropriate treatment or home-care plan is recommended.
The consultation fee is JMD $10,000 or the applicable USD equivalent shown during booking.
Treatments & Services
Our services are grouped into four main areas: Skin Consultations, Corrective Treatments, Medical Aesthetics, and Skin Health & Home Care.
Corrective treatment plans may address concerns such as acne, breakouts, hyperpigmentation, uneven tone and skin texture. Your recommended treatment will depend on your individual assessment.
No. Treatment recommendations are personalised. What is appropriate for one person may not be appropriate for another, even when the visible skin concern appears similar.
Individual results vary. Skin improvement often depends on several factors including the condition being treated, consistency with the recommended plan, home care, sun protection and follow-up.
Payments
When payment is required, you will be redirected to Fygaro to securely complete the transaction. Your booking is updated after the website receives confirmation of the successful payment.
Yes. The website supports secure online payments for an invoice, quotation or other amount. Where an invoice reference is available, enter it during the payment process.
Consultation and procedure booking payments are generally non-refundable. Please review the applicable Payment & Refund Policy and cancellation or rescheduling terms before completing your booking.
Products & Home Care
Healthy skin requires consistency beyond the treatment room. An appropriate home-care routine can support treatment results, skin-barrier health, sun protection and long-term maintenance.
